Policies

The agreement for using Agent Skylight — accounts, plans, permitted use, MLS/IDX listing data, and custom domains.

What we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have — for agents and for their clients.

Our commitment to equal housing opportunity across every page the platform serves.
