  • Client and transaction data entered by agents (contacts, notes, property details).
  • Uploaded assets (images, documents, PDFs) stored in Supabase storage.
  • Usage data (logins, actions, timestamps) for security and auditing.
  • Device and browser metadata (IP address, OS, browser type).
  • Payment status data from Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
  • Optional integrations (e.g., Notion sync) when enabled by you.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including client portals and agent tools.
  • Enable collaboration between agents and clients.
  • Process subscriptions and manage billing.
  • Secure the Service and prevent misuse or fraud.

  • Service providers: Supabase (data hosting), Stripe (payments), Firebase (notifications).

Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we archive or remove your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal and operational requirements and backups.

Your Choices

You can update your profile, request data access, or delete your portal account via the in‑app settings or by contacting support.

We use industry‑standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
